Old Hollywood glamour with a few modern touches is what made this wedding look and feel as special as the venue it was in. Many brides and grooms think of a destination wedding as being in the islands or some exotic locale. However, those that live up north are thrilled to get some beautiful weather, so basically any place with sunshine becomes a desired destination.
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach couldn’t be a more perfect choice for this Boston couple and their guests. This iconic oceanfront landmark has seen celebrations and vacations for over 50 years, and this was one more that left its mark. The ultramodern atmosphere from the grand ballroom to the fantastic poolside area at this resort made everyone feel like a celebrity.
The influence of the old Hollywood era inspired our details and decor at this black tie affair. We carried these elegant elements everywhere. It started with the invitation and then to the acrylic chuppah with hanging crystals and roses, the centerpieces, the menus, the dance floor and every place in between.
The bride was absolutely stunning in her ivory lace couture gown by Ever After’s featured Israeli designer, Inbal Dror. From the crystals on her ears to the ones down on her shoes, she was a vision of an early Hollywood star.
Tradition states that brides must have something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue for good luck. They certainly got the “BLEAU” covered.
We wish Lauren and Jared a very happy happily ever after.
