Decor, in our opinion, is probably the most exciting element of an event. This is also the largest part of the creative process in event planning. We love taking ideas and visions and making them come to life. However, transforming a space to be personalized and unique for each client can be challenging and even costly if not guided properly. We recommend that you know your budget before you start.
Before the actual planning begins, we like our clients to tell us if they have a theme, color or look in mind. Once we have this, we have a starting point. Decor encompasses all the elements from the draping around the room to the napkins on the table and from the fixtures on the ceiling to the logo on the dance floor. Then there is everything else in between like the type of chair, furniture, floral arrangements, photos, utensils, plates and … the list could be quite endless. Plus the elements of lighting, color, texture and dimension all play important roles.
Table decor fills a space nicely and serves as a great visual, so centerpieces need to be thought out and balanced. Anything is possible if you can envision it. Floral can be mixed with real props. Photos can be lit and mounted. Floral arrangements can be created in all sizes. Some can be quite simplistic and elegant while others can be custom made to complete any look.
