…and an extraordinary night it was for our last Bar Mitzvah of the 2017-2018 season! Although this party was at the impressive Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science in downtown Miami, our Guest of Honor (GOH) didn’t want his event to be themed as such. He wanted a cool, hip, club vibe among the incredible aquariums the venue is known for.
As always, we like to listen to our clients and give them what they want. So, after a few site visits we took our vision to Galaxy Productions and together we curated a look and a feel to make our teen happy.
We wanted the room design to complement the interactive LED dance floor which was quite a focal point. Therefore, we decided to have giant LED structures built around some of our guest tables which housed centerpieces of glass cylinders in a variety of heights with candles and orchids. Other tables had large custom built acrylic arches with crystal fixtures suspended and finished with blue roses and more candlelight at the base.
Starr Catering exhibited an abundance of food stations fit for any craving, while Matt and his team from Pure Energy Entertainment dived right in and packed the dance floor. Guests of all sizes couldn’t get enough of the great playlist, LED dancer, mirrored girls, the pop socket photo booth, and the dessert selection which included a candy bar that could stock a movie theatre. Every surprise element made the evening quite the masterpiece.
Once again, Jonathan of Mavila Photography was front and center to capture and archive every minute.
Making and preserving memories always makes a STYLED EVENT.
Mazel Tov again to Andrew and his family!
